Maxim Sergeev is currently employed as a Product Owner at Noveo Group, where Maxim spearheads product vision and roadmap, collaborates with cross-functional teams for product development, and manages backlog. Previously, at RACUS, Maxim held the position of Head of Department of Middle East and Southern Africa, where Maxim built a partners network in over 20 countries, expanded to new markets, and implemented educational projects at an international level. Maxim also has experience as a Business Analyst, where Maxim designed tools and concepts for various projects. With educational backgrounds from Yandex Practicum and Ulyanovsk State University, Maxim has a strong foundation in product management and international relations.
