Jake Hazen

Jake Hazen currently serves as a Business Growth Lead and Open Source Specialist at Accenture Federal Services since August 2021. Additionally, Jake holds the position of Open Source Operations Manager and Analyst at Novetta and Arab Broadcast Services, managing a team of 18 media analysts focused on regional and social media analysis projects, particularly related to the Philippines, Iraq, Syria, Libya, and global ISIS propaganda. Previously, in 2015, Jake worked as a Citizenship Coordinator for the Arab American Association of New York, where responsibilities included organizing and teaching Citizenship and English classes, as well as assisting immigrants with naturalization applications. Jake earned a Bachelor’s degree in History and Middle Eastern Studies from Haverford College in 2015 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Near and Middle Eastern Studies from the American University of Beirut.
