Head of Marketing and Demand Generation at Novi Labs

Mohamed El Hannaoui has a wealth of experience in digital marketing and growth strategies. Mohamed began their career in 2012 as the Communication and Marketing Manager for AgriExpert Company. In 2013, they joined Google as a GDG Oujda Leader and Google Student Ambassador. Mohamed then worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Consultant and Start-up Advisor for Digency Marketing from 2014-2017. In 2017, they became the Digital Marketing Manager for DEZEEN LED. From 2018-2021, they were the Sr. Growth Marketer for ShaleProfile, which was later acquired by Novi Labs. During this time, they worked closely with the founders to develop a digital marketing strategy from scratch and lead the end-to-end execution of it. In 2021, they joined Pavilion as a Member, and in 2022 they were appointed Head of Marketing and Demand Generation for Novi Labs. In addition, they have been a Freelance Digital Marketer/Growth Hacker since 2015 and a Growth Mentor for GrowthMentor since 2021.

Mohamed El Hannaoui obtained a Master's Degree in Information Science/Studies - Business Information Systems from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 2013 and 2014. Mohamed then obtained a number of certifications between 2019 and 2021, including a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from Digital Marketing Institute, a Growth Marketing: Proven Theories Powered by New Technologies from Stanford Continuing Studies, a 6-Week Growth Hacking Course from Growth Tribe, a Customer Acquisition Specialist from CXL, and a Certified Growth Marketer from CXL. Additionally, they obtained a number of other certifications from various institutions, including Design Thinking from Growth Tribe, Salesforce Essential Training from LinkedIn, Advanced Google Ads from LinkedIn, Maximizing Audiences for PPC Campaigns from CXL Institute, Attribution from CXL Institute, and more.
