Anne Mølgaard Brøndum

Anne Mølgaard Brøndum has extensive experience in human resources and legal consultancy, currently serving as Head of HR & Legal at Novicell since March 2015. Her responsibilities include employment law, data privacy, contract management, and compliance issues. Additionally, Anne is a co-founder and network facilitator for VIOLA, a career network aimed at supporting young women in their professional growth. Previous roles include HR Legal Consultant at Novicell, Sales Assistant at Magasin du Nord, and various positions in education and customer service. Anne holds a master's degree in HR, strategy, and employment law from Aarhus University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business economics and commercial law from the same institution.
