Matt Richards

Matt Richards has extensive work experience in the technology and insurance sectors. Matt most recently served as Head of Delivery, UK at Novidea since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Eurobase International for over 14 years, where they held the position of Professional Services Director, Insurance Division. In this role, they were responsible for client engagement activities and projects, account management, sales support, and internal project governance. Before joining Eurobase, Matt worked at NIIT Technologies Limited as a Senior Project Manager from 2004 to 2008. Matt also worked at itim as a Project Manager, Professional Services from 2001 to 2003, where they implemented catalogue and product information management solutions for multi-channel retailers. Matt started their career at Unisys as an IT Consultant from 1996 to 2001.

Matt Richards attended the University of Leeds from 1992 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Electronic and Computer Engineering. Matt completed their studies and earned an MEng degree during this time.
