Paul Richmond

Paul Richmond has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, starting as a Senior Trainer/Team Leader at Arthur J. Gallagher and Co. in 2010. Paul then worked as an Operations Manager at Priority Cover Ltd from 2012 to 2013. From 2013 to 2016, Paul served as a Business Improvement Manager at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Paul later joined Market Minds as an Operations Consultant, focusing on delivering an annual Insurtech conference. In 2017, they began working at Price Forbes & Partners as a Change Manager, where they built the change function and managed various change initiatives. Paul then became a Digital Project Manager at Ascot Group in 2019, leading the design and delivery of internal digital transformation projects. In the same year, they joined DXC Technology as a Senior Consultant and later became a Product Owner, responsible for delivering AI capability and developing a bespoke user interface. Currently, Paul works at Novidea as a Product Manager.
