Roni Efrati

Roni Efrati has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2018 to 2019, Roni worked at Zappa Group as a Project Manager, overseeing all aspects of project management including research, cost evaluation, marketing, and production. Additionally, Roni served as the Executive Assistant to the CEO, providing administrative support and leading cross-organizational projects.

In 2020, Roni joined SAP as an Internal Communications & Social Media Manager, where they were responsible for creating and executing employer branding campaigns, managing internal communications, and overseeing the company's digital assets.

In 2021, Roni transitioned to Soluto as an Employer Branding Manager, focused on developing the company's brand strategy, creating compelling content, managing digital assets, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

Currently, Roni is working at Novidea as the Employer Branding & Internal Communications Manager. In this role, they aim to modernize and digitize the insurance distribution lifecycle and provide actionable insights from data to optimize business growth.

Roni Efrati pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from The Open University of Israel. This educational journey spanned from 2020 to 2023.
