Tomas Nyström MRICS

Tomas Nyström MRICS has extensive work experience in the field of property valuation. Tomas started their career as an Authorized Valuer at Eminenta Värdia (formerly Värdia Jæger & J:son) in 2004, where they worked until September 2010. In October 2010, they joined Novier as the Head of Valuation & Partner. Concurrently, they also worked as an Authorized Valuer at Nordier Property Advisors from October 2010 until November 2021.

Tomas Nyström MRICS earned a Master's degree, known as "Civilingenjör/Master," in Fastighetsekonomi / Lantmäteri from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Tomas attended this institution from 1998 to 2003.
