Mahboobeh Masoud

Mahboobeh Masoud has been working in the technical industry since 2000. Mahboobeh began their career as a Network Administrator at Media Broadcast. In 2014, they took on two roles as an ICT Engineer at Ericsson Data Center and an ICT Front Office Supervisor at Ericsson. In 2018, they became an Instructor at LaSalle College. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Support Engineer at NoviFlow Inc., a position they have held since 2020.

Mahboobeh Masoud obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Applied Mathematics from Azad University (IAU) between 1994 and 1999. In 2007, they obtained their Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) from The globally recognized standard for IT professionals. In 2020, they obtained their Cisco Certified Specialist - Enterprise Advanced Infrastructure Implementation from Cisco. Additionally, they hold Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) and Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certifications.
