Brian B Hashemi

Brian B Hashemi is the current Executive Chairman & CEO at NOVIGENIX. Prior to this, they were with Novigenix SA and before that, Salus Partners. Hashemi has also been involved with Tech Tour International from January 2008 to June 2016, where they served as Chairman of the European Healthtech Summit. This is a summit that features the most promising medical technology companies selected by an international Selection Committee of senior industry professionals. Brian B Hashemi has also been an Assistant Professor at Baylor College of Medicine from January 2001 to November 2011. There, they were a faculty member of the College and also a member of the National Space Biomedical Research Institute. Lastly, they were a Principal Investigator for NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration from February 1994 to December 2007. During their time there, they were responsible for the development of advanced space life science technologies and biomedical R&D at the NASA Johnson Space Center.

Brian B Hashemi received their MBA for Executives from The Wharton School with a concentration in entrepreneurship and venture capital. Brian also holds a Ph.D. in applied physics and biophysics from Cornell University, as well as a B.S. in physics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
