Iman Novin

Iman Novin has a strong background in real estate development and acquisitions. Iman is the President of Novin Development Corp., where they focus on creating large multifamily mixed-use communities with a focus on social responsibility and environmental sustainability. In 2017, they founded ProforMap, Inc., a platform that combines data, mapping technology, and brokerage services to simplify real estate acquisitions, particularly for affordable housing builders. Prior to these roles, Novin served as the Director of Acquisitions at MidPen Housing Corporation and held various positions at BRIDGE Housing Corporation, including Project Manager and Sr. Project Analyst for BUILD. Iman also worked as a Real Estate & Planning - GIS Specialist at Civic San Diego and as a Real Estate Analyst Intern at Keyser Marston Associates.

Iman Novin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Structural Engineering (SE) from UC San Diego Jacobs School of Engineering from 2002 to 2007. During the same period, Iman also pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Studies & Planning (USP) at UC San Diego.
