Dan Pham has held various positions in the technology industry since 1998. Dan began their career as a Software Developer at Nortel Networks, where they were responsible for the design and software implementation of various data networking products. In 2000, they became the Development Manager at Zero-Knowledge Systems Inc., where they led software teams in the development of the Freedom Network. In 2001, they moved to Stelvio Inc. as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for the EstImage platform. In 2009, they joined Nuance Communications as an R&D Manager, where they led various R&D teams and strategic technology partnerships. In 2015, they became the Vice President of Software Engineering and Research at Privacy Analytics, which was acquired by IMS Health in May 2016. In 2017, they were appointed as the Vice President of Research and Development at Intelerad Medical Systems. In 2018, they became the Chief Technology Officer at Salesfloor and Board Advisor at Sofdesk. In 2020, they were appointed as the Chief Technology Officer at Sofdesk (acquired by Enphase Energy in Jan 2021). Dan is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Novisto.

Dan Pham attended Concordia University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Université de Sherbrooke from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a B. Engineering in Computer Software Engineering.
