Leila Maassarani, CHRP, has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Leila has been working in the field since 2014. In 2021, they began working as the Head of People and Culture at Novisto. From 2015-2021, they worked at GURUS Solutions (NetSuite & Oracle Cloud Solutions) as a People and Culture Manager, Talent Acquisition Lead, and Talent Acquisition Specialist. From 2014-2015, they worked at Adecco Group as a Human Resources Assistant and Human Resources Intern.

Leila Maassarani, CHRP holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from HEC Montréal in the field of Gestion des ressources humaines / administration du personnel, général, which they obtained between 2012 and 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a DEC from Collège Bois-de-Boulogne in Sciences, lettres et arts from 2010 to 2012.
