Novitas Solutions, Inc. (Novitas) provides high-quality, innovative, administrative services for government-sponsored healthcare programs and serves as a Part A/B Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) under multiple contracts for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). Novitas is a valued CMS partner in the Medicare Program, with a history of serving as both a carrier and an intermediary since the Medicare Program's inception in 1965. As a MAC, Novitas serves as a single point-of-contact entity processing Medicare Part A and B claims from hospitals and other institutional providers, physicians and practitioners.
