Danielle Geier

Danielle joined Novo Ventures (US) Inc. in 2020 as Associate General Counsel.

Prior to joining Novo, Danielle was an Associate at Goodwin Procter where she represented private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies, in a variety of transactions, including venture capital financings, growth equity investments, mergers, acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and general corporate and securities matters.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Danielle was an Associate at CamberView Partners, where she advised management and boards of directors of public companies on productive investor engagement, focusing on matters relating to corporate governance, executive compensation, environmental, social and governance and contested mergers and acquisitions.

Danielle holds a J.D. from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science and Spanish from the University of California, Berkeley.
