Devin Wash

Devin Wash focuses on structuring debt and equity placements across all property types throughout the West Coast. Mr. Wash works with both seasoned and first-time investors to secure the most competitive financing options for commercial real estate investments. Prior to joining Novo Capital Partners, Mr. Wash served as Director at Silverthread Capital, originating loans and debt placement through a variety of capital provider platforms. He started his career as a loan originator at Rosano Partners in Downtown Los Angeles. Within a few months he became the lead finance associate and was responsible for all facets of debt and equity placements for the company's clients. In 2015 he was recognized as Rosano Partners’ fastest growing associate and earned the company’s “Pacesetter Award.”
