Josh Alfaro, LEED AP, has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Project Executive and Senior Project Manager at NOVO Construction, Inc. since August 2004. In this role, Josh manages projects from initial space planning and budget development through to final completion and punchlist processes. Previously, Josh worked as a Summer Intern at Cal-Air in 2003, assisting project managers with bidding, project execution, and closeout documentation. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, obtained in 2004.
