Heather Richards

Heather Richards currently serves as the Director of Remediation & Managed Services at Plenitude Consulting, overseeing complex remediation programs and managed services to enhance compliance and operational efficiency. Prior roles include Director of Financial Crime Operations at Starling Bank and Director at EY, where expertise in financial crime and due diligence was developed. At Konexo, a division of Eversheds Sutherland, Heather was the Head of FS Operations, leading legal and compliance service operations. Heather began a career at Deloitte, progressing from Manager to Senior Manager. Educational credentials include a BA (Hons) in Business Finance from Durham University Business School.
