Joseph M. Chalil

Joseph M. Chalil, MD, MBA, FACHE is the Chief Medical Officer at Novo Integrated Sciences, Inc. and the President of both Novomerica Health Group, Inc. and Clinical Consultants International. With extensive experience in healthcare leadership, Joseph serves as a Member of the NSU MD Executive Leadership Council and as an Adjunct Professor and Chair of the Complex Health Systems Advisory Board at Nova Southeastern University. Prior roles include Senior Director at DBV Technologies and Associate Director at Boehringer Ingelheim, where responsibilities spanned clinical development, medical affairs, and stakeholder relations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Medical Law & Ethics from the University of Edinburgh Law School, a degree in Global Health Delivery from Harvard University, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Davenport University, among others.
