Jeff Hiott has over 30 years of work experience in the logistics industry. Jeff began their career in Consolidated Freightways, where they held various roles from 1990 to 2002. Jeff then joined FedEx Freight as a Regional HR Manager from 2003 to 2006. Jeff later moved to UTi Integrated Logistics, where they served as a General Manager, Director of Operations, and Director of Account Solutions, handling responsibilities such as managing P&L, developing account strategies, and overseeing 3PL operations. Since 2015, Jeff has been working at Novo Logistics as the Vice President of Operations, responsible for the overall performance of 3PL operations in multiple states and executing the annual budget.
Jeff Hiott attended Ball State University - Miller College of Business, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Jeff later pursued a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Specific years of study and the field of study for their MBA are not provided.
