Amy West is a seasoned leader in digital transformation and innovation, currently serving as the Head of US Digital Transformation & Innovation at Novo Nordisk since March 2009. Amy provides strategic direction and drives initiatives that enhance patient experiences and outcomes through digital opportunities and collaboration. Previous roles include Sr. Director of Patient Experience & Digital Health Innovation, where Amy established the first US digital health strategy, and Interim VP of Diabetes & Obesity Portfolio Patient-Centric Strategy & Solutions, guiding the unit through organizational transitions. Amy's earlier experience includes significant contributions as Director of Patient-Centric Strategy & Solutions and Associate Director of Patient Relationship Marketing, where accomplishments included creating the award-winning Cornerstones4Care™ platform. Prior experience at Wyeth and IMC2 involved leading brand management and developing omnichannel marketing strategies for major pharmaceutical clients.
