Andy Garland

Andy Garland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and capital project services. Currently, Andy serves as a Consultant for the Large Scale Capex Program at FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies, focusing on program-level expertise in project services. Previously, Andy held the position of Capital Project Services Management at Biogen, providing consulting on strategic projects aimed at enhancing throughput, compliance, and safety. Significant contributions include serving as the Owners Project Services Manager for the Biogen Next Generation Manufacturing Project in Switzerland. Prior roles include various leadership positions at Jacobs overseeing project controls in the Nordic countries and the UK, Ireland, and Spain, as well as a focus on cost management and estimating at Fluor Corporation.
