Anne Phillips

Senior Vice President, Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs US at Novo Nordisk

Anne Phillips is the Senior Vice President of Clinical, Medical and Regulatory Affairs at Novo Nordisk. Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Anne served as the Vice President of MDL at GlaxoSmithKline from 1998 to 2010. Before their time at GlaxoSmithKline, Anne was the Medical Director at Casey House Foundation from 1994 to 1996. Anne began their career as the Chief of Infectious Diseases at the University of Toronto's Wellesley Central Hospital from 1992 to 1998. Anne has also served as the Director of Microbiology and Infectious Diseases at University Health Network from 1986 to 1992.

Anne Phillips has a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Toronto, and also holds an Hons BSC from Western University. Anne has furthered their education at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business, as well as the MIT Sloan School of Management and Harvard Business School. Anne is currently completing their education at Queen's University.

Anne Phillips reports to Doug Langa, Executive Vice President, North America Operations. Anne Phillips works with Pia D'Urbano - Corporate Vice President, Steve Albers - Corporate Vice President, Market Access & Public Affairs, and Ulrich Otte - Senior Vice President Finance & Operations.
