Dr Aishwarya Premdas

Dr. Aishwarya Premdas currently serves as Chief of Staff to the CVP & GM of India at Novo Nordisk since September 2020, after distinguishing as an International Operations Business Graduate from a highly competitive talent program. Previous roles at Novo Nordisk include Project Manager in the Executive Office & IO Consulting and Product Manager for Global Ozempic® Commercial. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Aishwarya held the position of Associate Management Consultant at IQVIA, focusing on long-term strategy and growth plans, and has experience in healthcare as a Medical Officer and General Dentist. Aishwarya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a Bachelor's in Dental Surgery from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences.
