Frederik Kier

Frederik Kier is the Senior Vice President, North West Europe at Novo Nordisk. Prior to this role, Kier was the SVP Europe & Strategic Accounts at GN ReSound from August 2015 to January 2017. From August 2002 to July 2015, Kier held the position of Corporate Vice President, Global Marketing at Novo Nordisk A/S. Before joining Novo Nordisk, Kier was the CEO Management Assistant at NNIT from January 2000 to July 2002.

Frederik Kier earned a Master of Science in Business Administration degree with a specialization in International Management from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. Frederik also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Utah.

They work with Ole Mølskov Bech - Senior Vice President, Novo Nordisk Japan, Jesper Wenzel Larsen - Senior Vice President & General Manager of Germany, and Andrzej Popkowski - Senior Vice President, LATAM. Frederik Kier reports to Maziar Mike Doustdar, Executive Vice President, International Operations.
