Byron Austin

Byron Austin has a diverse work experience in the corporate responsibility and ESG management field. Byron is currently serving as the Executive Director, Global Head, Corporate Responsibility and ESG Management at Organon. Prior to that, Byron held the position of Global Director, ESG Communications and Global Health; Head, ESG, Teva USA at Teva Pharmaceuticals from 2018 to 2021. Byron also worked as the North America Healthcare Lead at BSR (Business for Social Responsibility) from 2016 to 2018. Earlier in their career, Byron worked at Johnson & Johnson as the Manager, Global Community Impact, and also had a role as an Experienced Commercial Leadership Development Program (ECLDP) MBA Intern - Janssen Therapeutics. Byron gained management consulting experience at Rabin Martin and worked at mothers2mothers in the Business Development Department. Byron's early career included roles at Bloomberg and Child Family Health International as a Team Leader and Fellow, respectively.

Byron Austin has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Columbia Business School. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Comparative Literature at Princeton University. Before attending Princeton, Byron attended Morristown Beard High School.
