Hardip Bains MA BSc serves as the Corporate Vice President for P&O Business Partnering and Head of P&O Research & Early Development at Novo Nordisk. Previously, Hardip occupied the role of Global Head of Human Resources for Corporate Functions at Ramboll, where responsibilities included overseeing HR transformation and leading HR for Group Functions. Additional experience encompasses HR consulting roles at LEX Facilities Management and Oakbrook Finance, as well as a contract position as HRM and Projects Lead at TDX Group. Hardip holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Hertfordshire and a Bachelor’s degree from Coventry University.
