Previous positions at Novo Nordisk included Global Head of Senior Leadership Search and Head of External Talent Search, where Isabella built high-performing teams and drove global talent strategies. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Isabella worked as a Consultant at Amrop, focusing on the financial services and transportation sectors, and held research and project management roles at Human Rights Watch and the United Nations. Isabella earned an M.A. in International Relations from Webster Vienna Private University between 1998 and 2000.
