Isabella Rinder

Isabella Rinder is a seasoned corporate leader with extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Corporate Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Novo Nordisk since April 2012. In this role, Isabella leads a diverse team across multiple regions, enhancing the employer brand and ensuring a timely supply of talent. Previous positions at Novo Nordisk included Global Head of Senior Leadership Search and Head of External Talent Search, where Isabella built high-performing teams and drove global talent strategies. Prior to Novo Nordisk, Isabella worked as a Consultant at Amrop, focusing on the financial services and transportation sectors, and held research and project management roles at Human Rights Watch and the United Nations. Isabella earned an M.A. in International Relations from Webster Vienna Private University between 1998 and 2000.
