Kamal Wehbeh

Kamal Wehbeh currently serves as Director - Head of ProdOps at Novo Nordisk since March 2025, leading a cross-functional team for critical production IT/OT support. Prior to this, Kamal held the position of Director - Automation, AI and Tools at Aeven from May 2023 to February 2025, focusing on data-driven automation and transformation initiatives. Throughout a tenure at NNIT from September 2022 to April 2023, Kamal directed IT Service Management tools, integration, and CMDB delivery. A significant part of Kamal's career was spent at ROCKWOOL Group, accumulating extensive experience in IT service management across various roles from 2006 to 2022. Kamal began the career as an IT Consultant and Support Specialist with numerous companies, including VIA Travel, Acer Computers, and Stream International, and holds a Mini-MBA from AVT Business School and a diploma in Computer Programming from Algonquin College.
