Maria Bruun

Maria Bruun is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in change management and communication, currently serving as a Senior Change Manager in People & Organisation at Novo Nordisk since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading global HR transformation initiatives. Prior to this, Maria held various leadership roles at Danske Bank from 2011 to 2022, including Chief Change and Customer/Employee Experience Consultant, focusing on optimizing employee and customer experiences through strategic change projects across the Nordics. Earlier roles encompassed communication consultancy for the Danish Red Cross and Rambøll Management, as well as a commercial assistant position at the Royal Danish Embassy in Bangkok.
