Mark Root

Mark Root has extensive experience in both the private sector and military, having worked at Novo Nordisk from September 2017 to October 2024 in roles such as Regional Account Manager for Market Access, Investor Relations Officer, and Senior Regulatory Affairs Professional. Prior to this, Mark Root served as a Captain in the Air Force from May 2008 to May 2013, gaining nearly five years of management and command experience while ensuring the safety and security of the nation’s nuclear missile arsenal. Mark Root holds an Executive MBA from DTU - Technical University of Denmark (January 2017 - December 2019) and a Master of Science in Biology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney (January 2010 - December 2012).
