Minna Dar

Minna Dar currently serves as the Head of People & Culture APAC and Head of Organizational Development at Oterra since February 2023. Prior roles at Maersk Tankers from September 2016 to February 2023 include Head of People and Senior HR Business Partner, collaborating closely with senior leadership. Experience also encompasses positions at Maersk Line as an HR Business Partner and at NREP as HR & PR Lead. Earlier in the career, roles at Ernst & Young involved global account management and project management responsibilities in both Singapore and Stockholm, alongside recruitment functions at McKinsey & Company. Minna holds an MSc in Business Psychology from the University of Westminster and a BA in English and Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
