Morten Svendstorp currently serves as the Public Affairs Lead at Novo Nordisk and as a Columnist for Project Syndicate, while also holding the position of Visiting Scholar at The George Washington University. Previously, Morten Svendstorp was Chairman of Humanity in Action and Strategic Advisor to the Minister at the Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities. Morten Svendstorp has extensive experience in energy governance, having led the Energy Governance Partnership at the Danish Energy Agency and served as Chief Advisor at the Ministry of Energy, Utilities and Climate. Notable past roles include Senior Advisor on Energy and Climate at the Embassy of Denmark in the USA and Political Advisor to the Socialdemocrats Parliamentary Group. Morten Svendstorp began the career with an internship at the United Nations Department of Political Affairs.
