Pascal-Emmanuel Saint-Gelais

Pascal-Emmanuel Saint-Gelais currently serves as General Manager at Novo Nordisk, overseeing SwissCo CDMO Operations GmbH since December 2024 and holding a position on the Board of Directors of the Swiss Legal Entity. Prior to this role, Pascal-Emmanuel was General Manager at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where responsibilities included managing the intercompany Principal Hub and leading the global supply chain for biologics, covering a wide array of manufacturing sites and products. Pascal-Emmanuel’s extensive experience also includes strategic roles in supply chain management at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, MSD, and Nestlé, where significant achievements involved process optimization, centralization projects, and the management of complex supply chain networks across various regions. Education includes a Master's Degree in Engineering and Applied Mathematics from CY Tech and a Master's Degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Dresden.
