Simon Manza Øster

Simon Manza Øster is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management consulting and strategic development within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Global Commercial NASH at Novo Nordisk since August 2020, Simon has previously held roles including Commercial Director and Director, focusing on high-impact projects across the company's value chain. Prior to joining Novo Nordisk, Simon worked as a Senior Project Manager in Novo Nordisk Consulting and as a Manager at QVARTZ, specializing in strategy development and optimization for clients in both public and private sectors. Additional experience includes leadership positions at the Danish Ministry of Economic and Business Affairs and the Confederation of Danish Industries, complemented by earlier roles in the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the hospitality sector. Simon holds a Master and Bachelor in Political Science from Københavns Universitet, along with international studies in foreign policy at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
