Sneha Joshi

Sneha Joshi is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and business support. Currently serving as the EA to the CEO & Manager of Business Support at Novo Nordisk since March 2020, Sneha Joshi focuses on driving initiatives that enhance efficiency, productivity, and employee experience while supporting the global benefits agenda with an emphasis on diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability. Prior roles include Program Manager in the CEO's Office at Randstad India, where strategic decision-making and change initiatives were managed, as well as leadership positions in talent and performance management at Tata Motors. Educational qualifications include a PGDM in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BA (Honors) in English Literature from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
