Stacy Hubiak

Stacy Hubiak is a seasoned professional in training and knowledge management with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Training & Knowledge Management at Novo Nordisk since June 2025, Stacy leads the development and execution of training programs for Clinical, Medical, and Regulatory functions across the US and Canada. Prior to this role, Stacy held leadership positions in Learning & Development at Organon and Teva Pharmaceuticals, where notable achievements included significant improvements in employee engagement and curriculum design for diverse R&D functions. Stacy's career began at Pfizer, managing training strategies for clinical trial employees globally and designing innovative learning solutions. Stacy holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
