Susie Stephens

Susan Stephens currently serves as Corporate Vice President of Data Management & Informatics at Novo Nordisk, where responsibility includes designing and leading the organization's data foundation to enhance drug discovery in Research & Early Development. Prior experience encompasses roles at Pfizer, including Senior Director in Data and Analytics Architecture and in Oncology & Vaccine R&D Information Technology, where strategic leadership and technology adoption were key focuses. Additional positions at Johnson & Johnson, Eli Lilly, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and the University of Manchester showcase a robust background in data management, informatics, and life sciences. Susan holds a PhD in Physiology from the University of Exeter, a BSc in Biological Sciences from the University of Stirling, and has completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School.
