Tejal Vishalpura

Tejal Vishalpura currently holds the position of SVP Commercial Strategy & Marketing at Novo Nordisk, starting in April 2023. Prior to this, Tejal served at Novartis from July 2018 to March 2023 in various leadership roles, including Global Head of Enterprise Capabilities Excellence and Learning, where Tejal designed a new unit focused on building enterprise capabilities in several areas, and Global Head of Marketing and Launch Excellence, leading business transformation efforts. Tejal's extensive experience also includes significant roles at GSK, including VP positions overseeing pipeline development, sales, and digital transformation, and at Xcenda as a Director focusing on specialty medicines and commercialization consulting. Tejal obtained a PharmD from The Ohio State University and furthered education at The Wharton School with advanced certifications in negotiation, marketing, and strategy.
