Spiritual Director, Coach, Consultant And Retreat Leader/speaker For Christian Leaders Worldwide at Novo

Ellen Burany has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as Ladies' Director of Campus Ministries at Grace Church of Cypress/Now Seacoast Grace Church from 1993 to 1995. Ellen then moved on to serve as an Instructor at Brethren Christian High School from 1995 to 1999, followed by a role as Curriculum Writer and Editor at Kawama.com from 1999 to 2000. Ellen then worked as an Instructor at Santa Ana Unified School District from 2000 to 2008, and from 2008 to 2011 was the Director and Interim Director of Young Adults and Assistant Director of Kairos at The Falls Church. In 2011, Ellen took on an Adjunct Faculty role for Talbot School of Theology and Spiritual Director at Biola University, and in 2012 they became the Founder and Director of ReNew at Novo (formerly Church Resource Ministries). Since 2019, Ellen has been a Spiritual Director and Coach for Leaders at Novo.

Ellen Burany received their M.A. in Spiritual Formation and Soul Care from Biola University, Talbot School of Theology in 2007. Ellen also received their Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
