Eric Hesse

Eric Hesse has over 15 years of work experience in various roles. Eric started their career in 2003 as Lead Pastor at Grace Community Church. In 2008, they moved to EFCA Missional Architects as a Missional Architect Elder. In 2013, they joined EFCA ReachGlobal as a Berlin Team. In 2017, they became the Berlin Team Leader at Novo Mission.

Eric Hesse is currently studying for their Doctor of Philosophy in Intercultural Education at Biola University, which they began in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2026. Eric previously obtained a Master of Divinity from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School between 1999 and 2001. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Biblical/Theological Studies from Wheaton College between 1991 and 1995.
