Gourav Jain

Gourav Jain is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Group Engineering Manager at Novo, where leadership of a team of over 40 engineers and multiple managers drives a significant portion of the company’s revenue through diverse technology solutions. Previous roles include Engineering Manager at BOLD, where management of payment services was executed, and Senior Technical Lead at Stryker, overseeing web application development. Gourav has also been recognized as a Microsoft Azure MVP and served as a Microsoft Certified Trainer. Early career experience includes roles at Nagarro and Fiserv, focusing on web applications and online banking solutions. Gourav holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
