Pooja Srinivas is an accomplished finance and accounting professional with extensive experience in various managerial roles. Currently serving as Manager of Accounting Operations at Novo since June 2021, Pooja oversees Finance & Accounting functions and ensures compliance with procedural and legal standards while driving process improvements. Prior experience includes a managerial position in Indirect Tax at BDO in India, where Pooja handled a diverse client portfolio and collaborated across multiple teams to facilitate business solutions. Pooja also held roles as Assistant Manager at Grant Thornton India LLP, focusing on operational excellence and litigation matters, and as a Consultant and Articled Assistant at Ishwar and Gopal Chartered Accountants, specializing in audit support and bookkeeping. Pooja holds a Chartered Accountancy degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Company Secretary qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, complemented by a Bachelor of Commerce degree.
