Katie Reid, M.Sc, currently serves as a Quality Assurance Associate II at Novocol Pharma, where responsibilities include reviewing development batches, participating in client meetings, assisting in deviation assessments, and leading training initiatives. Previously, Katie held similar roles at Septodont, contributing to batch record reviews, deviation assessments, and managing quality initiatives. Earlier experiences include positions as a Microbiologist, Lab Technician/Manager, and tutor at various educational institutions, where Katie honed teaching and organizational skills. Katie earned a Master of Science in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Guelph.
