Evgeny Zabudka

Evgeny Zabudka is currently serving as an Innovation Lab Research Assistant at Novocure since July 2025, where responsibilities include supporting the development and testing of early-stage medical device prototypes for novel cancer treatment technologies. Previously, Evgeny held the position of Laboratory Operations Manager at MIGAL Galilee Research Institute from March 2023 to July 2025, overseeing daily operations in a microbiology and molecular biology lab, performing DNA extraction and sequencing sample preparation, analyzing biological data, and automating data processing workflows. Additionally, Evgeny worked as an Assistant Lab Manager in a computational microbiology lab and held roles as Assistant Security Manager at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and Geographic Information Systems Analyst at Unit 9900 of the Israeli Intelligence Corps. Evgeny is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology - BioData at Tel-Hai College, expected to complete in July 2024.
