Kevin Bear

Kevin Bear is an experienced professional in quality training and documentation management, currently serving as Associate Director of Global Quality Training & Continuous Improvement at Novocure since September 2019. In this role, Kevin oversees the documentation and training for the company’s Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to Novocure, Kevin spent 18 years at Amdocs, progressing from Technical Writer (Team Leader) to Training and Documentation Professional, where Kevin led various global training and documentation projects. Kevin also served as Documentation Manager at PassCall Advanced Technologies, responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical and marketing documents. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Applied Chemistry from the University of the Witwatersrand and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
