Neha Bala is an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Director, Global Marketing Lead (CNS) at Novocure since March 2018, Neha has held various marketing leadership roles within the company, including Associate Director and Senior Product Manager positions. Prior to Novocure, Neha worked as a Project Manager at Flywheel Partners and Evolution Medical Communications LLC, showcasing capabilities in managing key healthcare programs and client accounts. Neha began a career at Ashfield, part of UDG Healthcare plc, where roles included Associate Client Account Manager and Healthcare Communicator, focusing on client relations and product promotion. Neha holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, earned in 2013.
