Rita Lapidus

Rita Lapidus is a Project Manager with extensive experience in the medical device and defense industries. Currently at Novocure since October 2022, Rita focuses on New Product Introduction, overseeing project development from inception to completion, ensuring compliance, timely delivery, and budget adherence. Prior to this, Rita worked at Medtronic from March 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included R&D project management, leading cost reduction initiatives, and ensuring product compliance. Rita's earlier experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems and as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Verint-Systems. Rita holds a Master's degree in Knowledge Management from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
