Arved Cornelsen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Arved is currently serving as the Head of Digital Transformation Engineering at Novoferm GmbH, where they lead the development and implementation of the company's digital transformation strategy. Arved has also worked as a Consultant at fragile bit, providing coaching, facilitation, and consulting services to teams and leaders. Arved has served as a University Lecturer at FH Bielefeld, Fachbereich Gestaltung, and as an Agile Coach at Avenga. Arved has experience as a Senior Product Lead & Scrum Master and Senior Engineering Consultant at nuucon. Arved has also worked as a Senior IT Consultant at Digital Apartment and as an Interim Information Technology Manager at blu BEYOND GmbH. Earlier in their career, Arved held roles as an IT Developer / IT PM at Publicis Pixelpark, Backend Developer at ORDIX AG, and Backend Developer at CLAAS.

Arved Cornelsen holds a Master's Degree in IT-Management and Information Systems, which was obtained from Fachhochschule der Wirtschaft (FHDW) between the years 2013 and 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Information from the same institution, FHDW, from 2011 to 2013. In terms of additional certifications, Arved Cornelsen is a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaledagile, obtained in September 2021. Arved is also an IASSC Certified Green Belt from IASSCOM Fortune Institute of Technology, obtained in 2020. Additionally, they hold a Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in January 2018.
