Marcel Smit

Marcel Smit is an experienced project leader currently serving at Novoferm Nederland BV since October 2019, overseeing assembly projects in the West Netherlands region. Prior to this role, Marcel Smit was seconded by MOOTIO as a project leader for one year at Novoferm Nederland and accumulated extensive experience at N.V. Nederlandse Gasunie as a project supervisor from April 2014 to December 2018. Marcel Smit's career began in 1982 at Technisch Bureau H.J. Mertens B.V., where a variety of roles, including WTB Installation Engineer, senior project manager, and interim business manager, were undertaken. Marcel Smit has a strong educational background with qualifications in mechanical technology, installation for water and gas, and proficiency in REVIT and BIM modeling.
